User Assignment View – All workflows
Background
The PIT reports, reflect the inventory of tasks for a particular workflow at that point in time, as well as the ability to see the assignment of these tasks. The User Assignment view, gives the high-level look of User assignment across all of the workflows. Being able to see the Users in a specific department, and all workflow tasks with the associated number assigned to a specific User provides a full inventory to allow management to have a quick view of the work effort.
Assigning the tasks
- All of the open tasks, per workflow, will be evaluated once daily with an agent to determine the User assigned based on the ETM User Profile allocation criteria. The assigned User(s) will be stamped on the task. Once the tasks have been evaluated, the Daily User Assignment view will calculate and total all of the tasks by User, Workflow and status of tasks – Open, Pending and Activity.
- Similar to the PIT report, this View is updated one time per day, not at each refresh
Identifying Blanks
- For any of the tasks that do not get assigned they would be identified as blanks in the Daily User Assignment View, just as they would on the PIT reports.
- They would display for all Departments selected., not just in ‘blank’ department as they do on the PIT report.
