KAV Auditor Workflow

We all need to do more with less. So you need to know that the resources you have are doing the right things! That means assessing productivity through Outcomes. And evaluating the success of those Outcomes based on the results from the KAV Quality Report. But at some point, you probably want to do some audits of your users. We have a solution that not only allows you to specify the date range, department and/or user you need to audit, but now you can indicate the results of the audit in the system without others being aware of the audit findings. And, of course, it’s KAV, so it’s all reportable!

This solution will provide:

· An audit View for a person to audit a user. This could be an actual auditing resource or a management resource.

· Audit results are hidden from other users

· An Audit Review Response View so the auditor can share the results with the user

· A summary report of the audit findings

· A cool looking scorecard that includes the audit responses and elements of our Quality Report, which provides data on the effectiveness of Outcomes
